At Collective Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and secure them inside a shipping box to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
